Molecular Knowledge Systems, Inc., referred to herein as “MKS”, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information that you provide to us during your use of MKS’s Websites, Web Applications, and Web API platforms, referred to herein as “Services” or individually a “Service”. Such requests are normally made in connection with such activities as registering for software demos, requesting white papers, and accessing applications. If you do not wish to disclose your personal information, you may not be able to access such restricted Services.

   1. MKS does not sell the personal user information it gathers to third parties. However, we may distribute such information to our partner companies, distributors, contractors, and agentsin order to better serve your needs. Such information distribution may be done to help with our marketing activities, company announcements, and product notifications. For certain Services, the information gathered is used to register your license rights. Your personal information is also used to help MKS provide technical software support and to allow us to notify you of upgrade discounts or other benefits that may be made available to registered users.
